信不信由你，温莎的工作介绍

温莎现在几乎找不到专业工作，只有不停的LAYOFF.而最可怕的是温莎的LABOUR工，也是很难找到的。可以找到的LABOUR工，只有在农场，但是你必须能做到：一是早上四点钟起床，晚上六点以后回家；二是在夏天可以承受将近四十度的高温和一天的太阳直射的工作环境；三是你的报酬是加拿大安省最低工资标准，以此标准你在加拿大只能是温饱的水平，甚至活不到月底。

信不信由你，温莎的LABOUR工

如果你有幸在温莎找到一份工厂的LABOUR 工，祝贺你！但是你要忍受几乎无任何约束的LABOUR工制度，也许某一天工厂只让你工作两个小时，就让你打卡回家；也许有一天会让你连续工作12~16个小时。因为你是按小时付钱的。即时这样辛苦一年，你拿到手的钱，只有一万块多一点点，这在加拿大只能维持社会最底层的生活水平。
你会提问：加拿大是一个法制健全和民主的社会，怎么能这样呢？
信不信由你？到了，干了，你就知道了。但是后悔了，回头路呢？

I am a professional and I am working in WIndsor. I do not see that layoff affecting me. My friends are still working as a labour and their porduct are not shipping for the Big 3. I believe their salary is higher than what you describe.

I am not sure what you did for living and what kind of work environment you had. Generally speaking if you have good English skills, you should be able to find a good job here especially we have a growing service industry,

在国内也有大学毕业找不到工作的呀。国内也不需要英文呀。国内国外都一样，只要自己不放弃，有工作等你去。

Do you know those 博士? How do you know if they have good English? 双料博士 is not equal to good English. Is English their major? How often do they use it in China?

I do not know how you determine people English skills by looking at their Education. Did China teach all subjects in English?

I am working in a Canadian Company and I been here for more than 15 years but my pronunciation is still not up to their standard. Generally speaking I can communicate with my co-worker with no problem but I still cannot pronounce a word like the one who was born here. Still contains some tone from my mother language. :dizzy:

PS. If you are the boss, will you hire someone who cannot communicate with you?

英文不好，可以拿到美国PHD,英文不好又怎能拿到多伦多大学的PHD,就是这样的双料博士，你敢说他的英文水平不能满足加拿大工作环境的要求？！
你也就是一个苟且偷生的主，local people 之间就没有口音？！

OK. They are good at reading and writing. How about speaking? How often do they speak English? Can they speak fluently? What kind of communications do they have?

On the other hand, did they have any work experience on North America? I mean related experience to their PHD. If not, their chance to get a proper job will be slim.

Are you making fun of me? I have 口音 but I do not think those Canadian do.

有时候生活真的很伤痛，有时候对人性真的很失望，有时候正义不会得到伸张，有时候丑陋的力量太强。但无论如何，总有好人在，只要活着，总有重新开始的机会，总能守得云开见日出。真正的支撑还是来自于同胞，我们可以保持沉默，让我们真正从灵魂上去关心对方，大家团结起来，最起码能减少伤亡。让我们慢慢的渗透，一点点地前进，始终保持必胜的信心。如果实在不行，我会回到我出生的地方，那个把我养大的地方，我会跟一群孩子在一起，让他们知道世界是怎样的灿烂。

至于口音问题。。。

我认为，无论加拿大人还是中国人，每个人都会有缺点。。。。
