请加拿大有没有只充值不办plan 的手机卡吗？ 要是有的话 这种SIM卡 需要 基本的月租或别的什么费用吗？？有用过的前辈指教。。谢谢。。。

ROGERS 有 PAY AS YOU GO ，充值100元1年有效， 没有月租费。但要自己另外花钱买个手机，并另花25元买个ROGERS SIM卡。

可以呀。如果你自己有手机那办这个pay as you go /prepaid只要$35开通费。

I have a telus phone, you just need to buy pay and talk card, from 10$ to 50$, also had upgraded to internet value that can receive text and emails. No other fees.
You just need to go mall to check out their plan, but the cell need to be Telus.

Their service is the best in Canada i can say!

Rogers is very bad in service that is why Windsor do not like them.
