Are there any Chinese newspapers, local radio and TV programs based in Windsor (esp. those that serve the Chinese community in Windsor)? Thanks a lot.

Chinese news paper. There are some small one., but i do not think they have website. Plus those paper are free. (Advertisment more than information/news.)

We purchase 1 day old newspaper from Toronto at the grocery store.

No TV Programs based in Windsor

Windsor Chinese Radio? Yes, we have one and it only on air every Thursday around 8:30 to 10:30pm. I forgot the frequency. Is been ages since I volunteer at the station.

Thanks a lot, Smartpo, very helpful info. By "small newspapers," do you mean 温莎华报 and 大众时报? Are the "small newspapers" popular or not? Or people mainly read those from Toronto?

Yes. Those are free and news are not really up-to-date. I do not think it is popular. People will grab it because it is free. The hot one will be the one you need to pay for it.
