You won't be interested in this school if you take school rank very seriously. However, Dougall School is  a good school in A01 area, has nice teachers, muliticulture student population, before/after school daycare program and ESL program as well. I went to Dougall N years ago, so my experience and information won't be very reliable.
However, I did like Dougall a lot.  When I first attended there, it just got rebuilt.  So everything was new; they even had some equipment that was better than my high school's, lol.  Dougall even donated computers to my friend's high school (that was few years ago).
ESL
They didn't have ESL when I first started studying there.  However, when I returned to Dougall in Gr.7, it was really popular.
Teachers
Teachers at Dougall were really nice (but maybe many of them are not there anymore).  The librarian had mood swings though.  She could be really nice or super strict (I'm not sure if she's there anymore. her name was Mrs. Wells or something like that).  Teachers tried to relate to minority students, so they don't force you to attend dances (that's how they raise money for Gr.8's graduation) and stuff.
